Employment Type Full-Time Job Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments. Generate bills and issue receipts accurately. Maintain the cash counter and ensure correct cash handling. Balance the cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reports. Inform customers about offers, combos, and new menu items. Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order processing. Resolve customer billing queries politely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the billing counter. Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of financial transactions. Skills Required Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good knowledge of POS systems and billing software. Strong numerical and cash-handling skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Honest, responsible, and team-oriented. Qualification Minimum 12th Pass. Graduate preferred.
